RPWL are one of, if not THE, best modern prog bands to come from Germany in the last decade or so, so it's somewhat surprising that this is their first DVD release. Mind you, it has been worth the wait.

Earlier this year, the band played at the ProgRock Festival at the Wyspianski Theatre in Katowice, Poland, where Metal Mind Productions caught their headline set.

The main part of this DVD is the live show, where the band played an excellent selection of songs. Highlights of the set were Breathe In, Breathe Out, Start The Fire, Roses and an energetic version of This Is Not A Prog Song featuring a very un-German medley of Proggin' All Over The World and Prog You Like A Hurricane. Here it's great to see the interaction between guitarist Kalle Wallner and bass player Chris Postl. It's also great to see that frontman Yogi Lang washed his hair specially for the gig.

As with all the Metal Mind DVD releases, this one has been excellently recorded, using a variety on cameras - fixed, swooping, hand-held etc, and wonderfully mixed in with the backdrop visuals, so that, even though the band aren't constantly leaping around like lunatics, there is always something going on to catch your eye, and keep it.

The extras on the DVD include the video for Breathe In, Breathe Out, with the strange, bald, podgy man animation. Hey! There's also footage from their 2006 European tour and a very interesting 30 minute interview with Yogi Lang and Kalle Wallner, along with a biography, discography, photography, desktopography and weblinkography
