Big Big Train - From The River To The Sea
Written by Charlie O'Mara

Big Big Train - From The River To The Sea

Well now, here's an oddity. No sooner had I finished my Big Big Train demo tape review (see elsewhere) than this CD landed on my door mat. It contains 12 tracks (10 of which have been re-recorded from their tape) and lasts for 60 minutes.

This CD shows that the band (Martin Read - Vocals, Greg Spawton - Guitars, Ian Cooper - Drums, Andy Poole - Bass) have made improvements in both their songs and their playing.

The new songs - Returning to the Fold and Indian Souls show the band moving forward and adding new influences to their largely unique sound.

A worthy addition to any Progheads collection, even if you don't have a CD player.
