Good old Scottish prog rockers PALLAS, have emerqed from obscurity recently. When the Russian government of all people asked them to assit in solving their widely reported distribution problems. JURZ PETROKIVICU fom the Russian government told us "that having heard about PALLAS productivity record and marketing stratergies, they would be an ideal company to assist with our problems back home in Russia' It seams the band are to be payed in vodka due to the internal affairs within Russia.

Following on from the Brent council SKID ROW debacle at Wembley. Globe trotting PROG rockers IQ suffered similar fate when they played in GERMANY, at the Stadehalle in Kleve. Objections were raised about the lyrical content of the closing section of THE ENEMY SMACKS. Unlike SKID ROW they condescended to remove the offending parts. The crowd were unaware of this. The promoters of MARILLION'S Cumbrian rock festival at Workington have contacted us from Brazil, to express corcern at the number of guests the band allowed into the arena. It seams only two people of the the 4000 crowd actually paid.

MARILLION are withdrawing copies of their "STOKE ROW TO IPENEMA" video due to the fact that some tosser in the front row was wearinq a GALAHAD t-shirt.

The BCCI banking scandel has even reached the world of PROGRESSIVE rock music. Hopefuls MENTAUR had banked money to spend on lessons for their singer, in preperation to go into the studio. Undaunted by frozen assets alas they went ahead and recorded their tape "NO MORTAL MAN".
