Hello there, my name is Marie, and this is the first time I have done this as Vinnie is away in Italy on holiday trying to see PFM in concert.

I was told the band Sphere3 have been going for over ten years, and this is the first album they have done. What took you so long boys? I normally listen to Bon Jovi and Winger to name two, but this is a lot different to anything I have heard before.

Vinnie says it is like prog jazz fusion stuff, but I am lost. I have been playing this in the car on the way to the shops and hairdressers, and it is growing on me. When I was out with a couple of the girls on a night out around the clubs, I put it on, and Alison and Wendy said it was strange I was playing this, but Jo said it was the best thing since toe rings! She loves it, so she will review the Spock's Beard CD next.

Well, apart from the cow noises, this ain't bad at all, it is starting to take a hold on me, and I find myself humming along to it at traffic lights, while brushing my hair in the mirror at the same time. I like Paralysis because it reminds me of my dads King Crimson records he used to play me when I was a lot younger.

So, thanks Vinnie for landing me in it, you will get your Comeuppance soon! Did I say that?

Marie Davies.
