Bloody hell, two gigs in one weekend, hope the cheque arrives soon Charlie!

We had the CD sent to us so we reviewed it. We played it on the way up but we had to drive around Sheffield FOUR times for it to finish. Vinnie De Loux was with us but he had to watch the band instead of reviewing it. He told me to enjoy myself and do it instead, cheers Vinnie!

These are Swedish, I can tell by the names and I thought the young stallion on guitar was good looking. Afterwards I went all weak when he signed my copy of Flower Power which I bought from a bloke in a Monkey t-shirt behind the CD desk. He asked me if I was from a fanzine, I said 'No' because Vinnie and Charlie tell me not to, must be some sort of secret I think.

Got Jo and myself a Cider, and Vinnie a Lager and the band started. On the first song I had three wee's and had a ham batch, it was so long. That was called The Truth Will Set You Free. Marie liked it, and she was being chatted up by a man with a big camera. Later Marie said he was writing a book on prog babes and wanted her to wear nothing but a Jadis t-shirt, strange man!

Our Jo - And cleavage

Back to the song, it was so long but everyone enjoyed it. The next one was about a Monkey, might had been about Johnny Vegas I think, but the cute one on guitar just smiled at me all night. They sung about Sanctuary next, then a long one again. I thought it was the end of the night but they said they were having a break for a while, so they might have had a fag or a wee or got some chips or a sauna is that what Swedish people do, is it? Marie and I went out for a breath of air, then the man took pics of us for his book. Vinnie was in there just kneeling on the stage and kissing the instruments! Strange man.

On they came again and first song was about a Genie, and then a chicken which they had trouble starting. By this time the keyboard man was winking at me and Marie, think he had something in his eye how he was doing it. Then we had a bop around our handbags to I Am The Sun, Marie fell over towards the end, good job she was wearing her new knickers or it might had been a little embarrassing. They ended with a medley sort of thing, which I thought was great. That was it, Vinnie was shaking the hands of the soundman. the light man and anyone else he could find. He even kissed the barmaid too! Marie and I said hello to the band, and they were very nice.

Over to Marie for the next night.

Marie - and wooden 'friend'

Thanks Jo babe, first, she had to review last nights, I have tonight's, but there is one more on stage! What's going on? We were here as in me, Jo, Vinnie, Carla, Su and Gandy, but there is one more on stage.

Got there early so we done a little shopping while Vinnie was trying to park the Pink Cinq Progmobile near the venue. Got some nice tops and undies from this market place and decided to wear them tonight as we were having a night at Carla's place.

On came the band and it was the same as above apart from one song, that's it. Oh, Vinnie has said do some more. Well, I wore this see through red top and a black bra, got some offers though, but not for the book as last night. Vinnie says Malcolm Parker was there and he is a record company giant, and he had a army of bodyguards around him. Not as many as around Martin Orfords garden but just two.

Carla snapped away on her camera, so there should be some nice groovy shots on later. Vinnie had parked miles away from the venue, so Gandy kindly gave us a lift in his Mystery Machine, because we didn't know what it was. Normally a beer scooter if I have had a few to drink.

Back to the gig, it was very good and I want to see them again. Three of them will appear in our top ten prog hunks when we have the go ahead from big boss Charlie O'Mara, wait and see girls!

Right, that's covered it.

Oh, Jo done Rotherham, review that is, and I, as in Marie done the last one from London. Catch you girls,

Jo and Marie xx.
