The Garage, Highbury
London

24 May 2006

Without doubt the best performance in Highbury this year! (Oi! Ed)

Our favourite Canucks were in fine form on the small stage at The Garage.

New drummer Brian Doerner was an excellent addition to the group and most entertaining to watch, especially when singing The Ace of Spades during his solo. Maybe he should also have done "Run To The Hills" as 2/5ths of Iron Maiden were in the crowd.

All the tracks from latest album "Trust" came across well and the must play songs e.g. Wind, Careful, Don't Be, Loose, Humble etc were superbly executed by a band really on fire this tour.

The only disappointment of the night was that the set was cut 3 songs short (You And The Night, On The Other Side & The Perfectionist).

But unlike some of the areas more famous residents we won't winge about it! (That's a second warning - Yellow Card! - Ed)

Every time we go we think it's for the last time in this country but fingers crossed we'll see them again in England.

Songs performed:

That's As Far As I'll Go
